HPL Tables Materials
Jialifu has three HPL tables materials, you can choose the most suitable material according to your needs and budget, and the base can also be customized.
HPL Board
The HPL tables top is made from layers of phenolic resin kraft under high temperature and pressure facing with the laminate sheets. It is toughed warmer than those typical acrylic or polyester materials.
It can bear with the strong impact and fit in wet or dry environment and the antimicrobial and anticorrosion of the panel make the table to be used for longtime and keep the sanitation.
Suggest Thickness: 12mm
HPL Composite Board
HPL composite board consists of the top and bottom HPL facing up to 1.5mm and MDF (moistureproof density fiber)whose available thickness is 19mm, 21mm and 28mm as core. Edge covered can be about 15mm thick, the real thickness is determined by the site conditions.
It is extremely light weight with the function as HPL in waterproof and fireproof.
Suggest Thickness: 18mm
Exterior HPL Board
Jialifu Exterior HPL Board was made by HPL board with a two-layer high efficient weather-and UV-protection film. The film brings the following features linked to the low surface tension, optimal UV resistance and high chemical resistance.
This material is suitable for long-term outdoor environment use, can well resist the harsh environment, keep the color as new, and is durable.
